This page explains how Alphabite handles information submitted through the project enquiry form. Contact us at [email protected] with questions about your information.
What you send us
The form asks for your name, email, business stage and project description. A phone number and website or social profile are optional. We use these details to understand your request and discuss a possible project with you.
Storage and delivery
Project enquiries are saved in a private database and sent to the Alphabite inbox through Google Workspace. If email delivery fails, the saved record remains available for retry. The project enquiry form does not add you to a newsletter or the store-upgrade programme.
AI project assistant
When you open our chat, we create a support conversation. Messages and conversation status are saved so our team can follow up or take over from the AI. Messages in AI mode are sent to OpenAI to generate replies and prepare a project summary. Team members can read the conversation; Discord alerts contain the page, language and an internal conversation link, not the message text or contact details. Opening a chat does not submit a project enquiry: you must review and explicitly confirm that separately. Chat text and contact details are excluded from analytics events, and the chat panel is masked in session recordings. You can use the regular enquiry form instead.
Security and website measurement
Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for automated abuse. The site also uses Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand website use. The enquiry events we send contain the form type, language and technical outcome, not your name, email or project text.
Questions and requests
Write to [email protected] to ask about the information we hold or request access, correction or deletion. Depending on the circumstances, GDPR also provides rights to restrict processing, object and receive portable data. You may contact a data protection authority.
